A Tour of my Shower

I would like to give you a tour of the shower in my hotel room in Russia. At first glance, this looks like a normal shower.

Just like an ordinary shower, it has a shower head with water that comes out of it.

BUT, you can also have the water come out from the top at the turn of a knob! Cool!

Well, this was not cool. You know why? Because there was a third setting, and this was the setting the shower was on when I turned it on for the first time. This setting has water come blasting horizontally out of these jets that are on the wall. When I turned the water on the following happened:

  1. Water blasted me not only in my face, but all over my body, and out the shower over the whole bathroom.
  2. I had the CRAP scared out of me.
  3. I spent about ten long seconds trying to figure out how to turn it off and act like a normal shower.

I proceeded to have a lovely shower, and even discovered this radio. I didn’t dare press any buttons since I was fearful that I might get shocked or have something else jump out of the wall at me.

And then the scariest thing of all: I looked to my right and saw an up close, naked me. Yup, this shower has a mirror too :).

When all is said and done, you can walk out of the shower into your flooded bathroom, and pick up your towel off this heated towel rack!

Note: Some cameras may have gotten wet in the documenting of this blog. I hope you enjoyed!
