Almond Butter Yogurt

I love yogurt, but dairy has never settled well in my gut. As an alternative, I eat coconut milk yogurt, but I noticed that it is much more runny than regular yogurt, and there also aren’t many sugar-free options. To fix that problem, I start with a base of unsweetened coconut milk yogurt and then add my own healthy sweetener in the form of maple syrup. To give it more thickness, creaminess, and flavor, I also add almond butter which makes this a delicious snack! Top with berries for even more flavor.

Unsweetened coconut milk yogurt sweetened with maple syrup and flavored with almond butter to give it more thickness and creaminess.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt (I use So Delicious unsweetened vanilla coconut milk yogurt)

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter (the creamier the better)

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients into a bowl and mix.

  2. Add berries on top if desired, and enjoy!
